- Duplicate payment: 100% refund after verification.
Non-Refundable Situations

- False or incomplete documents provided by client.
- Missed deadlines due to client inaction.
Refund Timelines
- Acknowledgement: 3 business days
- Decision: 7–14 business days
- Payment processing: 7–21 business days
