By accessing or using the services provided by OriConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refunds & Return Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

OriConnect offers visa consultancy, immigration advisory, student visa assistance, work visa processing, business visa support, PR consultancy, and HR solutions. We act as advisors and facilitators but do not guarantee visa approvals, admissions, or outcomes determined by third-party authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide complete, truthful, and accurate information during applications.
  • Submit all required documents within the specified deadlines.
  • Make timely payments for consultancy and service fees.
  • Comply with immigration laws and embassy regulations of the respective country.

4. Payments and Fees

All service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. OriConnect service fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Additional government or embassy fees are the client’s responsibility and may change without prior notice.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Visa approvals, immigration decisions, and admissions are at the sole discretion of embassies, consulates, and educational institutions. OriConnect does not guarantee success, timelines, or positive outcomes of applications.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential in line with our Confidentiality Policy. We do not share client data except where required by law or with relevant authorities to process your applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

OriConnect is not responsible for:

  • Rejections, delays, or cancellations by embassies, immigration authorities, or third parties.
  • Losses due to inaccurate, false, or incomplete client information.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding on the OriConnect website and documents are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Termination of Services

OriConnect reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • A client provides false or misleading information.
  • A client fails to comply with payment terms or legal requirements.
  • Activities are found to be illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to OriConnect’s reputation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable international business and immigration consultancy laws. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction outlined in your service agreement, subject to consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
